Hyperlink to a particular Tab

Is it possible to hyperlink to a particular tab in a workbook and not just the workbook itself

Using the Hyperlink function you can do it like this:

=HYPERLINK("[C:\Users\Richard\Documents\HyperlinkTarget.xlsx]'Sheet1'!A1")
