Hi ...
I have a data report in sheet1 to describe different defect .
As I do not want to put the picture by the side of each data description, I want to create a hyperlink so that when click on it, it will show the exact picture in sheet2.
I know how to create using cell but I do not know how to reference it to picture. I have 20 pictures(jpeg format) in sheet2.
Can someone show me how to do it.

Thank u.

Regards

Difference between two dates
Secret function! Use =DATEDIF(A2,B2,"Y")&" years"&=DATEDIF(A2,B2,"YM")&" months"&=DATEDIF(A2,B2,"MD")&" days"
You could always hyprelink to whatever cell is at the top left of the picture.

Hi

thks for the reply. But I'm looking at whether it can show the whole picture. If I use cell reference - it only show partial as all the pictures are quite close to each other.

Anyone ???

Thanks
