Hyperlink to specific place in exel worrk book?

I want to create a hyper link to a specific place in another sheet of my work book for exaple row 160 ( whic will not appear automatically)

Similar to how you can 'anchor' something in Word

Can this be done? If so How??

Yes, when you go Insert > Hyperlink, one of the options is Place In This Document. Select the sheet you want to link to and set the cell reference to 160:160.
