Hyperlinks and PDF's

Using some large spreadsheets that have hyperlinks using the =hyperlink() function in excel.

Have Adobe 9.0, when I convert these to PDF documents, the hyperlinks do not work.

Any suggestions or specific converters that would allow this to work?
