I need assistance copying formulas between worksheets

Good afternoon.
I've looked through the FAQs and was not able to locate an answer to my question.
Let me start by saying I am not even close to being an Excel expert, and I am self taught.
Here is my issue:
I use Excel to create my own 'Daily Planner' pages. What started off as a simple grid has evolved into a complex (for me!) spreadsheet with extensive use of logic formulas to auto-populate recurring and regularly scheduled events (Conference calls on the second Tuesday at 9:00am, etc...)
I have created a worksheet in my workbook called Formulas. I want to have all of my formulas recorded only on that worksheet and have all other worksheets reference it to get the required formula.
The workbook has approximately 180 worksheets, each representing one day from July1 through December31.
Here is an example: Cell B27 of every worksheet utilizes the formula in cell B5 of the 'Formulas' worksheet. [My thought process may make more sense if you saw the formula: =IF(AND(A3>=1,A3<=7,A1="Sunday"),"0900 Worship with Communion", IF(AND(A3>=8,A3<=14,A1="Friday"),"0900 All Hands Sales Update",IF(A1="Sunday","0900 Worship"," "))) ]
Should I need to add or remove events scheduled for 9:00am, I want to be able to edit the formulas in one place one time and have the remaining worksheets update automatically because they all reference the same source.
Also, I have not tinkered with Visual Basic before, so if that is needed, please be sure to include adequate tutelage!
I did find a very short custom function that copied the cell information correctly, but the destination cell was populated with text and not a formula.
I did locate the following, but instead of copying the formula as a formula, it copied the formula as text.

Well, I was able to use the record macro function to make this happen, but it lacks "elegance". Each time I make a formula change on the 'Formulas' worksheet, I need to run one of two macros.

What I was hoping to be able to do was define a "function" so I could enter ie. '=GetFormula(Formulas!B9)' and have the cell auto-populate with the formula that is in cell B9 of the formulas worksheet, but I lack the programming savvy to be able to do that.

If anyone could help me write the code I'm looking for it would be much appreciated.
