I need help with a formula

I need help with a formula that can return the contents of the cell in column M where column R contains the second row that contains a "Y" from the top down, row 3 to 100

Maybe:
=INDEX(M1:M100,SMALL(IF(R3:R100="Y",ROW(R3:R100),9999),2))
entered as an array formula ( entered using Ctrl-Shift-Enter instead of Enter ) ( note that M1 is the start of the INDEX referenced range, as we are using the ROW return in the calculation )
