I need the latest update for Project Managers by last time stamp.

Hello!

I'm trying to create calculate a formula that would grab the latest status update by project manager in Column. In case there are multiple records in the same day, I'd like to also include the m/d/yyyy hh/mm am/pm. K

Anyone have a formula that would work?
