I have 2 cells, a start date in B13 and a finish date in B14. I need to calculate the number of holidays that are in the range between the 2 dates, including the start and end date. The holidays are stored on sheet2, in the range G87:DO97

Excel Facts

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
Just deduct the public holidays or the public holidays and weekends?

Thanks for your reply Mark. This is the formula I used
VBA Code:
=SUMPRODUCT((Sheet2!G87:DO97>=B13)*(Sheet2!G87:DO97<=B14))

Holidays are in the range and the start and end date are B13 and B14.
