I am extracting data from thousands of reports in excel files generated by our lab for the daily analysis carried out 24/7. The above table is just a sample of the extracted data, I am looking for the proper tools to cleanin and start using these data without loosing any of them. I am not an expert, I enjoy learning and consulting expert peoples to learn from them. I have seen alot of videos about power query, power pivot, data modelling and other topics. I just need the road map to make it short. I appreciated your efforts, I want to utilize the data with me and let my management get impressed and to transform the importance of the data.

I am looking to have my data clean and be able to use it and present it to my management in a way they like to read it and ask for it in the future. I want to use trends for weeks, months, and years. Any other recommendation? I'd like to go for it.

No you have not. What are you trending? Where is the sample data (mocked up) that correlates to the sample you have shown. I still don't know what you want. Help us to help you by showing us a manually prepared mock up that correlates to your sample source data.
