i think it's a linking problem

i'm new here and i don't know which section to post hope i posted in the correct section ,i have 2 excel forms which need to be link together how can i keep them link in the web page......
the error is from a excel sheet the error states:"run time error '1004' method 'open' of object "worksheet failed"
can any one help me or provide me with any solution????
 

Excel Facts

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
Welcome to MrExcel -- you might get some help if you post the code, there isn't much to go on here.
