Thank you .... plz tell me one thing if debit is plus on account and credit Minus on account .... tell me formula about that situation

It Depends on the nature of account,

Some account will have Credit Balance and Some will have Debit balance

for Example in the Bank account a/c
every debit (DR) will increase the balance and every credit(CR) will decrease the balance.

in sales account always show a credit balance

okay that is a simple ledger we are use...now I want ledger if i post debit entry excel automatically increase on account when i put credit entry excel automatically decrease ... and balance column & DR/CR column update automatically without formula copy again and again .......
