Hi

I know I can have icons on the ribbon for all documents and for each workbook,

But can I have icons for each sheet in a workbook.

Sometimes I click on the wrong icon that was meant for a different sheet in a workbook

Excel Facts

Excel Can Read to You
Customize Quick Access Toolbar. From All Commands, add Speak Cells or Speak Cells on Enter to QAT. Select cells. Press Speak Cells.
Sorry, but I don't understand what you want to do. What icons are you talking about?

Try using the right mouse button on the sheet navigation arrows at the bottom left side of the screen and it will list the sheets you have in your book and then select the sheet by clicking its name with the left mouse button.

Hi PeteWright, Trevor G

Thanks for your reply

On the Quick Access Toolbar, I have icons for all wookbooks. Excel calls it “default” for the Quick Access Toolbar . these show for all opened workbooks

I also have icons that only show for a particular workbook along with the default ones.

These will work on any sheet in the workbook.

I sometimes click on the wrong icon on the sheet which is intended for a different sheet in the workbook.

I was wondering if I could have different icons for different sheets as well as different workbooks.
