I am looking for a macro that will shut off all save functions: File menu - Save, File Menu - Save As, Ctrl+S, and the save icon in the ribbon and quick access menu. I have a macro that will save the file using the correct location and file name. I do not want the user to save the file in the wrong location or with the wrong file name. When my save macro is done, it will change one cell from NO to YES. When this is done I want to run a restore macro that will turn on all save functions. What I need is the macro to turn all functions off, and one to turn them back on.

Thanks in advance.

Excel Facts

Select all contiguous cells
Pressing Ctrl+* (asterisk) will select the "current region" - all contiguous cells in all directions.
Never mind. After enough digging, I have figured it out.
