Identify Duplicate and Tag it with some Text

Hi Team,

I have data in excel and i need to filter in Column "X" with Text equal to "Boy" and then need to identify duplicates in Column "Y" and mark this duplicates with comments in Column "Z" as "Good Boy"

I have tried a lot but i am not able to do.

Could you please help me the code for the same.
