Dear are there any formula to select a specific value based on the specific condition
I tried this formula but it did not work
=IFs(O3=22,"1",IF(O3=23,"2",IF(O3=24,"3",IF(O3=25,"4",IF(O3=26,"5",IF(O3=27,"6",IF(O3=28,"7",IF(O3=29,"8",IF(O3=30,"8",IF(O3=31,"9"))))))))))

So what's wrong with my suggestion please? I provided a solution in post #2
You also did not answer my question : " What went wrong?"

Excel Facts

Did you know Excel offers Filter by Selection?
Add the AutoFilter icon to the Quick Access Toolbar. Select a cell containing Apple, click AutoFilter, and you will get all rows with Apple
It looks like this should not be formulated as IF.

This strikes me as more of a Lookup solution. Create a table as below: (Not sure if the 29 & 30 = 8 was a typo or not)

AB
221
232
243
254
265
276
287
298
308
319

Excel Formula:
=XLOOKUP(O3,A1:A10,B1:B10)

Solution
In what way? Your formula only caters for values of 22 to 35 which is what I've shown.

This is NOT the same as your original question =IFs(O3=22,"1",IF(O3=23,"2",IF(O3=24,"3",IF(O3=25,"4",IF(O3=26,"5",IF(O3=27,"6",IF(O3=28,"7",IF(O3=29,"8",IF(O3=30,"8",IF(O3=31,"9")))))))))), where 22 is deduced from O3 instead of 21 ! You made me waste time unnecessarily
