IF AND Statement question

I need to match up two criteria.
- Time Sheet #
- Purchase Order #
They need to match payment information which is downloaded into a separate tab of payment details. I have ranges named M1AccTS to match the time sheet and M1AccPO to match the PO too. If they match it should return a "0", if no match, it should return contents of the total or J5 cell.

It seems like a simple IF And statement should work.

What I'm using (or trying to use) is:
=IF(AND(F5=M1AccPO,C5=M1AccTS),0,J5)

However, when they match, it's returning the total and if not giving the "0".

Am I looking at this backwards? Is there a better way to do this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

How can you turn a range sideways?
Copy the range. Select a blank cell. Right-click, Paste Special, then choose Transpose.
