In Column A I have names, in Colum B I have it counting how many matching names on next page =COUNTIF(Sheet1!A1:C14,A1)
In column C, I would like it to give me text for the results I have, Example would be in C1 if B1 is a 1 then the text Signed Player appears, if B1 is a 0 the Free Agent appears, thx guys

Excel Facts

Does the VLOOKUP table have to be sorted?
No! when you are using an exact match, the VLOOKUP table can be in any order. Best-selling items at the top is actually the best.

How many different texts will you be using? What are the possible outcomes, just 1 or 0?

=if(b1=1, "Signed Players", "Free Agent")

...or you could do it all in one formula with

=IF(COUNTIF(Sheet1!A1:C14,A1),"Signed Players","Free Agent")
