If B2 has a value, then B3 Equal to B1.

Is there a way to make the flowing:

If I cell B2 is blank, or has nothing, then cell b3 remains a blank, But. If cell B2 has a value, then B3 is now equal to cell B1.

Is there a way to do this?

=IF(B2="","",B1)
