If cell C2 reads "abcd" then include values in F2 in equation.

I'm trying to create a quick equation to average certain values, but they do not always appear in the same order in the column. Is there a way to create a formula that will include multiples values relative to their positioning from a cell that contains certain text?

I am trying to calculate the average of only certain cells in column E
Column A is not always the same list

Example: I want to be able to paste the same formula onto any similar document and calculate the average of the percentages for colorectal cancer screening, controlling blood pressure, and Diabetes Care- Eye Exam.

I wondered if I could do this my using a formula that selects a cell in column E, based on the value in column A

For me, you'll have to be more specific and show some examples WITH expected results.
A picture isn't much help...XL2BB enables someone to help without having to recreate your data.
