If cell is within range of cells

Hi, I have a list of countries in Range A:A (whole column) and I have a country in another cell, say C4. Is there a function I could type into cell C5 saying IF(C4 is listed in Range A:A,"Yes","No")?

=IF(COUNTIF(A:A,C4),"Yes","No")
