IF Condition exsists formular

I am trying to set Conditional Formatting on a row (or cell) if data is not present in three cells.

Basically I have a long list of customers that I need insurance from. If the date has elapsed on the three cells or the three cells are empty then I want to format the background to Red. If one or two of the cells have elapsed or are empty then I want to format the backround yellow. If all three cells are present and have not elapsed I want to format the background green.

Any help appreciated...

Try this:

Condition 1: red
=(COUNTIF($A1:$C1,"<"&TODAY())+COUNTIF($A1:$C1,""))=3

Condition 2: yellow
=or((COUNTIF($A1:$C1,"<"&TODAY())+COUNTIF($A1:$C1,""))=2,(COUNTIF($A1:$C1,"<"&TODAY())+COUNTIF($A1:$C1,""))=1)

Condition 3: green
=(COUNTIF($A1:$C1,"<"&TODAY())+COUNTIF($A1:$C1,""))=0
