if = conditional format

Hi I have this statment (see below) If the result is "check Disclosure table" How can I conditionally format this result as Red/bold

=IF(OR(H3={"CHN","ITA","USA","FIN","NLD","HKG"}),"No Short Rules",IF(OR(H3={"FRA","GER","ESP","PRT"}),"Check Disclosure Table",IF(ISERROR(VLOOKUP(F3,data!$A$1:$B$20000,2,0))," ",VLOOKUP(F3,data!$A$1:$B$20000,2,0))))

Not sure I understand your question, but can you not just set the font under Conditional formatting :confused:
