i'm working this in Excell 2003.

a19=71.3
a20=15.6
a21=86.9

=IF(A19+A20-A21=0;"ok";"?!?!")

the result "?!?!" and i don't know why it's not working properly.

Excel Facts

Which Excel functions can ignore hidden rows?
The SUBTOTAL and AGGREGATE functions ignore hidden rows. AGGREGATE can also exclude error cells and more.
Floating point numbers have finite precision, and base 10 decimals cannot be represented exactly in binary.

Try

=IF(ROUND(A19+A20-A21, 10)=0; "ok"; "?!?!")
