Hi All,

I think I'm looking for an 'IF' formula which achieves the following "IF" cell1 contains "200"or"300" populate cell2 with the same value.

Thanks in advance.

in cell2

Code:
=IF(ISNUMBER(SEARCH("200",cell1)),200,IF(ISNUMBER(SEARCH("300",cell1)),300,0))

I now need a second supporting formula for the same piece, cuz I like to keep you guys on your toes!
So this time - I need something which accomplishes the following -

IF cell1=0 AND IF cell2>0 populate cell3/current cell as "YES"
if not, populate as NO

Thanks for your invaluable help so far - that goes for everyone.

Sorry - just to clarify the numbers of the cells have no relationship to the previous post so probably best to treat independently.
