Hi,
I have a spread sheet with our year 9 pupil subject options. I want to set up a formaula that states either Yes or No.
Options.jpg

Pupils have to study 1 subject from the 3 choices below:
1.Either Geography (Gg) or History (Hi)
2.Triple Science (TS) or Additional Science (Sa)
3.French (Fr) or Spanish (Sp) or German (De).
How would I state this?
Many thanks :)
Russ

Excel Facts

When they said...
When they said you are going to "Excel at life", they meant you "will be doing Excel your whole life".
Try in H2 copied down:

=IF(SUM(COUNTIF(C2:G2,{"Gg","Hi"}))*SUM(COUNTIF(C2:G2,{"TS","Sa"}))*SUM(COUNTIF(C2:G2,{"Fr","Sp","De"})),"OK","Not OK")
