IF formula

I am trying to create a tracker that self calculates. I need a formula that can recognise the following;
5 = 100%
4 = 75%
3 = 50%
2 = 25%
1 = 0%
I can do it with IF calculation and using letters instead of numbers but ideally want it to recognise numbers....
