I have a spreadsheet where one column lists all the skills of certain employees. Is there a way I can return a "1" in the next column if that skill is listed or a "0" if it is not so that I could then filter out all of the "1's".
example skill could be "excel" Thanks

Excel Facts

Convert text numbers to real numbers
Select a column containing text numbers. Press Alt+D E F to quickly convert text to numbers. Faster than "Convert to Number"
