IF Greater than for 2nd cell

I have 2 columns and I want to make the text in A1 print (on paper) blank if the value of B1 is 0. How is this done? Condt'l formatting seems likr the right way, but I can't figure it out.

FIRST SELECT THE WHOLE RANGE
IN THE CONDITIONAL FORMULA PUT THE FOLLOWING

=$B1=0

IN THE FORMAT GO THE NUMBER MENU AND SELECT THE CUSTOM NUMBER FORMATTING AND PUT ;;;

PRESS ok
