IF IS number then give Text

Hi there

I have a list of data in column J that is a Id ref , Name then Number

I'm trying to write a formula that looks at Cell J1 and if the last 3 digits is a number , AND the the First 3 text fields is either INT or EXT it will give me the last 4 digits in the cell.

I think it should look something like this but I cant quite get it to work ,

=IF(ISNUMBER(RIGHT(J2,3)),If(OR(LEFT(J2,3)="INT",LEFT(J2,3)="EXT")),RIGHT(J2,4),"NO")

Can Anyone please help
