If one cell in series is blank

Excel 2003

Current formula is simply =AVERAGE(O2:O10)

How do I write the formula to return an empty cell if one of the cells o2:o10 is also blank?

Could someone write the whole formula for me please?
 

Excel Facts

Square and cube roots
