IF or LOOKUP function issues

Hi team.

This should not be any problem for you guys. But I would like that in cell J3 the number in H4 would show up. That is if number in I3 is close to the one in G4 (from 4,0 to 4,9) the number in cell H4 would appear in J3.

Hope that you will understand what I mean.

I am using excel 2010.

Excel Facts

Format cells as currency
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+4 to format cells as currency. (Shift 4 is the $ sign).
I presume you meant I4 (not I3), G4 and H4. (change the formula otherwise)
Try this in cell J4:
