IF, OR, MIN, MAX, Multiple Formula

Hello,

In the below setup I would like cell F8 to only populate a date once cell C8 has reached 100%, however, cell F8 must populate the latest date in column F, only after all F cells have been filled in, otherwise it must remain blank. Currently, cell F8 contains the following formula: =IF(MAX(F9:F12)>0,MAX(F9:F12),"")

Cell C8 contains the following formula: =SUMPRODUCT(C9:C12)/4

=IF(AND($C$8>=100%,COUNT($F$9:$F$12)=4),MAX($F$9:$F$12),"")
