Hi! I am trying to do the funcion where the person moves the bar and it moves the days. Can anyone help me on how to do that. I would really appreciate any advice on where to go forward on this. You can find the file on this site. Just look in the middle of the page to get the file and let me know if it is something doable.

You will need to insert a scroll bar and link it to a cell on your sheet.

What version of Excel are you using?

Thank you very much for your help sir. I am using 2007. I clicked on format it and I see minumum value and maximum value. I am not sure how to connect it to the cells. I see the cells which are camoflauged in white below the scroll bar. Do you have any advice on how to do this?

Insert the control first, then click on the Properties of the scroll bar. Switch to the Categorized tab, and then look for the Linked Cell field. Put in your linked cell address there.
