If Statement &Cell Colour

I want excel to colour a cell if the statement below is true & another colour if false. Any help greatly appreciated.

=IF (G10<E10,"ALARM","OK")

You can just use Conditional Formatting :)

Go to Format|Conditional formatting and then set your criteria.
