If Statement Formula (Need Help)

Just annoying cause my cells always get this #VALUE! error
My formula is
F3=IF(B3="","",B3-C3) then getting the #VALUE!
The B3 has a formula to which is =IF(A1="","",A1)
then the C3 formula is =IF(B3="","",B3-D3).

forgot the D3 formula D3=IF(SUM(Sheet2!B4:I4)=0,"",SUM(Sheet2!B4:I4))
