IF statement help please, thanks

Hi, in status update I want to return "In Progress", "Not started" and "Completed"

If todays date is greater than End date = "Completed"
If todays date is greater than start date but less than End date = "In Progress"
if todays date is less than start date = "Not started"

Start Date	End date	Duration	Status

=IF(TODAY()>=B2,"Completed",IF(AND(TODAY()>=A2,TODAY()<B2),"In Progress",IF(TODAY()<A2,"Not started","")))
