Hello Mr. Excel Board members. I wanted to start off by saying thanks to everyone who has already help me out so far, I have learned so much in the past week and the payoff to my work load is huge. Lots of time saved and lots of stress relieved. I now have a new formula that I can not figure out, because I am not good with IF statements. I have attached a Box.net address with a download of a Excel worksheet with my problem. I hope that I left enough information for you to use to help me out, and as always, thanks in advance for your help.

If D2-D9-1 is less than 0 and you want it to be 0, then you just need a MAX statement:

=MAX(0,D2-D9-1)
