If statement help

I need an if statement or other formula to help with the below. In cells B4, B5 & B6 needs to show a Y, this is based on cells A2 & B2. So if I changed cells B2 to 45 then it would state Y in all the boxes shown below.

Any help would be seriously appreciated.

Excel Facts

Format cells as currency
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+4 to format cells as currency. (Shift 4 is the $ sign).
