Trying to write an if statement that will do the following.
if cell C12 = Yes
if cell E12 = 23
then G12 = 3
1 through 10 = 1
11 through 20 = 2
21 through 30 = 3
31 through 40 = 4
41 through 50 = 5
51 through 60 = 6
61 through 70 = 7
now if C12 = No
then G12 is "blank"
