Hello I am wondering if anyone can help with an if statement, at present I am using the following:

In cell M8 this is my formula =IF(L8<=J8,100%) however I would like to expand this to say if cell K8 has a number then leave cell M8 blank.
Is there a way to do this?
Thanking in advance.

Excel Facts

What do {} around a formula in the formula bar mean?
{Formula} means the formula was entered using Ctrl+Shift+Enter signifying an old-style array formula.
Try this:
Excel Formula:
=IF(K8<>0,"",IF(L8<=J8,100%))
Note that in your original formula, if L8 > J8, it will return the "FALSE", since you have not provided what to return if the condition is false. If you leave that argument off, it will default to "FALSE".

How about
Excel Formula:
=IF(ISNUMBER(K8),"",IF(L8<=J8,100%))
