If statement

Hi everyone, ihave been racking my brain how how to write this formula, but cant figure it out. I appreciate any help

If A1(553294) is between B5 & B4, then 4
If A1 is between B4 & B3 then 3
If A1 is between B3 & B2 then 2
If A1 is between B2 & B1 then 1
