I have a cell with the Years Quarter (1-4)

below which i have the 13 week values i.e. week 1, week 2 etc

What i want to do is:

if i change the quarter from say Q1 to Q2, the 13 weeks to update automatically.

I know i can use pivot tables but i have to use the figures within the pivot table for other formulae, so this isnt feasable

Any ideas?

Excel Facts

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
Soemthing like that?

Formula in B2 copy down:
=INDEX($F$2:$I$14,ROW(A1),MATCH($B$1,$F$1:$I$1,0))

Use B1 to change the qarter.
