IF That = " " Then This = " "

I am setting up a sheet for who works when at the firehouse. I have 25 group numbers down column A and 25 corresponding names down column B.

On the same sheet, there is a seperate spot for what particular 7 groups work that particular day. What I need to do is when a number is put in the left column the name corresponding to that number would appear in the adjacent cell. So as not to type the whole persons name each time just his number.

Vlookup() is the function you need! Check it out in the help files, do a search her for examples, & post back with more info about how your data is set up if you need more help...
