First I want to check if this formula is correct Including Mr. Georgiboy formula​

Column D Formula​

Column E Formula​

=IFERROR(INDEX($B$5:$B$30,SMALL(IF(IF(CODE(LEFT(B8,1))<>63,"English","Not English")="English",ROW($B$5:$B$30)),ROW(4:4))-3,1),"")​

Second I need to modify the formula to remove blank cell​
