I have a uneven data in sheet 1 and i have to arrange the data in sheet 2

The 6 values in column A and B naming is same throughout the last row and sometime it might have single value instead of 6 which comes after the each date in column B

Requirement :
1. copy the values B to I from sheet 1 to sheet 2 if value in B column is date
Example:
if B3 is date value, copy values from B3 to I3 to sheet 2
2.Then match the 6 values in column A and B which come after the date value (The 6 values in column A and B naming is same throughout the last row and sometime it might have single value instead of 6 which comes after the each date in column B)
Example :
If B3 and B4 is DAT and DAB copy the values in J(old value) and K(new value) column and paste it to the sheet 2 next to I column ie(J column in the same row where corresponding date row is placed)
