IF/Then Statement

Can someone please assist with an IF/Then statement on this spreadsheet

Logic should be....if Column J MERC Price = Today's date, Then look at Column D "Commodity", & utilize SettlePrice Table (Column R & S), and populate price (Col R) by Commodity (RB or HO, for example) in column N > TAS Price.
