IF, three conditions two columns

Hi , i have to columns with text where i want an IF formula to return, if the text starts with !, > or /. What i would like is a formula which returns the value "1" i a seperate column if the 3 values are found in either of the two columns, or "0" if not, can you help me?

=--OR(LEFT(A1)="!",LEFT(B1)="!",LEFT(A1)=">",LEFT(B1)=">",LEFT(A1)="/",LEFT(B1)="/")
