IF TODAY formula

Hi guys,

I am trying to do a formula which will do the following...

If the date in cell a1 is less than 14 or less days from today and cell b1 is open then c1 will have the number 1.

=IF(AND(A1-TODAY()<=14,B1="Open"),1,"")

Yup, that thing and remember the Cell "A1" should be in date format.
