Hi I am trying to make if statement to compare if values in the list. the first two logic works, but last logic seems like is not working.

Ok, so if F13 exists in Col A in Filter and I13 is 0 or negative and D13 does not equal the number of times F13 is found in col B of Filter then you want to do something. Is that right?

first two logic is right, but I just want to check if column D data is in B of filter sheet.

So should be like this:
if value from column F is existing in col A of Filter and same row of column I value is 0 or negative and same row of column D value is not in B of Filter then _
Do something
