I am trying to automate a set of monthly cahsflows whereby the inputs are as follows:

Year-1 Rent PSF: $10
Escalation Year: 5
Escalation Amount: 10%

So basically, I have month 1 to month 60 equal to $10.00 psf, then I would have month 61 to month 120 equal to $11.00 psf, then month 121 to 180 equal to $12.10 psf, and so forth.

I need to automate my model such that any change in the Escalation Year will be picked up in my cahsflows. In other words, if i was to set Escalation Year to 3, the bump in rent to $11 psf would occur from month 37 to 72 (i.e. 3 years) and to $12.10 psf from months 73 to 108, etc.

Thanks for your help.
